These Custom Auction Fans have the full-color print of your logo or design on the front and the single-color print of your buyer numbers on the back! Large-sized, they also offer ample space on the front for your design, so you can go all-out in having them to show your event's graphic design, your sponsors' ads, or the exciting information about the prizes to be won. Widely preferred for the way they help to increase revenue, these personalized auction fans are leafed with a smooth and nicely-thick cardboard, too, thus, they come so smart for your auction house, charity gala, benefit auction, and other fundraising events. • Our 2-sided Auction Fans are ready to be personalized with your logo or finished artwork
• Choose from three (3) hand fan shapes, that's Rectangular, Round, or Hour-glass
• Please email your logo or finished artwork for the front of the fan to Info@GlassCoasterStore.Com
• Choose whether you want individual numbers to be printed on the back of the fan. If, yes, the format of the numbers on the Back of your fans will follow the format and sequence you enter in the Number Range Start and Number Range End. If you order 25 pieces, for example, and enter 101 for the Number Range Start and 125 for the Number Range End, your auction fans will have numbers 101, 102 .... 125 on the back
• For the numbers, choose from 20 different color inks from our color chart or a custom color, which we will match as closely as possible to your logo or to the color you want to achieve (Custom color charge is additional $0.25 per fan, max $35 per order)
• Numbers will be printed in the font style shown, unless otherwise requested
• We suggest that you order a sample hand fan to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Hand Fan Specs

• These custom printed auction fans are available in three (3) different shapes:
  
  • Rectangular auction fans measure 5" wide x 7.88" height
  • Round stick fans measure 8" in diameter
  • Hourglass-shaped hand fans measure 7.75" long x 5.5" wide
• Made of white cardboard with 9-inch bamboo handles
• No Assembly required: Bamboo handles already come attached to the hand fan leaf
• Personalized auction fans are made and printed in the USA
• Due to customization, there is a minimum order of 50 pieces

Set-up Fees and Artwork

• All custom orders must be accompanied by finished artwork and text
• Custom orders that need any graphic design change are subject to an additional $35 artwork design fee
• Artwork must be at least 2.5" Square. Our preferred format is a vector based: Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or .eps
• For orders with custom color, custom color charge is subject to a maximum of $35 per order
• Any amount in excess of the $35 custom color charge computed at checkout will be refunded to you

Production Time Options:


• The standard production time is 10 business days (excludes shipping time)
• 1-2 Rush Business Days, excludes shipping time (Additional $0.75 Per Piece) ($35 Minimum, Max $75 per order*)
• 3-5 Rush Business Days, excludes shipping time (Additional $0.55 Per Piece) ($25 Minimum, Max $55 per order*)
• *If your order with 1-2 Rush Business Days or 3-5 Rush Business Days does not meet its required $35 or $25 Minimum Rush Order Fee, the amount needed to attain its respective minimum rush fee will be added separately.
*If the rush fee is greater than $75 for the 1-2 days or $55 for the 3-5 days, the excess will be returned to you as refund.
