Foam Coasters Specs

• These personalized foam coasters are made of polyester fabric and rubber foam
• Round-shaped, each personalized foam coaster measures 3.8" diameter
• Due to customization, there is a minimum order of 50 pieces
• Personalized foam coasters are imported from China and printed in the USA

Set-Up Fees and Artwork

• A $50 set-up fee is applied to each custom order; this charge is added to your shopping cart
• All custom orders must be accompanied by finished artwork and text
• Artwork must be at least 2.5" Square. Our preferred format is a vector-based: Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or .eps
• For photos, we recommend a minimum resolution of 200 DPI; preferred resolution is 300 DPI or greater
• Photos can also be at least 4.56 inches wde or 20% inches larger than the product size
• Custom orders that need any graphic design change are also subject to an additional $35 artwork design fee

Production Time Options

• The Standard Production Time is 25 business days (excludes shipping time)
• Shipping Time: 3-7 Business days to most cities and countries (From $38 to your destination outside the USA)

All personalized coasters are packaged as carefully as possible. Though we are unable to provide a refund for damaged items during shipping, we are unable to replace any damaged custom printed coaster during shipping. Please be sure to order additional pieces to cover extra guests or the possibility of damage.
