Our personalized paddle fans are packaged as carefully as possible. Although we can provide a refund for items, which have been damaged or broken during shipping, we are unable to replace any personalized paddle fan that has been broken or damaged during shipping. Please be sure to order extra pieces to cover additional guests or to provide for the probability of breakage or damage.
