• Due to customization, there is a minimum order of 1 case or 24 bottles
• For large orders and delivery to commercial address, please advise us of the availability of a loading dock and/or forklift in your delivery address. Liftgate and wooden pallets are also available (Additional charge applies).
• Personalized bottled water are sourced and printed in the USA

About Your Artwork

• All custom orders must be accompanied by finished artwork and text
• Our preferred format is a vector-based image: Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or .eps
• Custom orders that need any graphic design change are also subject to an additional $35 artwork design fee

  Production Time

• These personalized bottled water are custom printed to your order. Please allow us at least 14 Business Days (Excludes Shipping Time) to process your order. Rush processing is available upon request. Please message us for your interest.

All personalized bottled water are packaged as carefully as possible. Though we are unable to provide a refund for damaged items during shipping, we are unable to replace any personalized bottled water that has been damaged during shipping. Please be sure to order additional bottles to cover extra guests or the possibility of damage.
