Hand Fan Specs

• Each personalized polyester fan is made of 210D polyester fabric with silver backing
• With elastic metal frame that folds up and secures with an elastic strap
• Measures 13" long x 8-3/4" wide when open; 4" diameter when folded
• Print area of each personalized paddle fan measures 3" height x 4" long
• Promotional plastic fans are made in China
• Due to customization, there is a minimum order of 250 pieces
• Custom shapes are available for orders of 5,000 pieces or more

Set-up Fees and Artwork

• A $50 custom artwork set-up fee is applied to each custom order; this charge is added to your shopping cart
• All custom orders must be accompanied by finished artwork and text
• Custom orders that need any graphic design change are subject to an additional $35 artwork design fee
• Artwork must be at least 7.0" Square. Our preferred format is a vector based: Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or .eps
• For orders with custom color, custom color charge is subject to a maximum of $35 per order
• Any amount in excess of the $35 custom color charge computed at checkout will be refunded to you
