Personalized Coasters Specs:

• Round or Square leatherette coasters measure 10 cm (4") wide x 0.04" thick
• Made of polyurethane leather with laser engraving of your logo on one (1) side
• Each personalized leather coaster also weighs approximately 0.06 lbs.
• Due to customization, there is a minimum order of 100 pieces
• Lower minimum and/or custom logo printing are available upon request. For a price quotation, please message us with your logo or finished artwork and the number of personalized leatherette coasters that you would need
• These custom engraved leatherette coasters are imported from China

Set-Up Fees and Artwork:

• A $50 custom artwork set-up fee is applied to each personalized order; this charge is added to your cart.
• All custom orders must be accompanied by finished artwork and text
• Custom orders that need any graphic design change are also subject to an additional $35 artwork design fee
• Artwork must be at least 2.5" Square. Our preferred format is a vector based: Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or .eps

Production Time:


• The Standard Production Time is 20 to 23 Business Days (Excludes Shipping Time)

Our Custom Engraved Leatherette Coasters are packaged as carefully as possible. Although we can provide a refund for items, which have been damaged during shipping, we are unable to replace any personalized leatherette coaster, which has been damaged while in-transit. Please make sure to order additional pieces to cover extra guests or to provide for the probability of damage.
