Custom Logo Face Masks Specs

• Each personalized face mask measures approx. 8.25" long x 5.25" wide
• One size fits most. Weighs about 10 grams. Made of 95% Cotton, 5% Spandex
• Face cover has two (2) layers: White lining backside keeps the black fabric material away from your face
• Elastic ear loops to fit a range of people. Fold line in the middle provides extra space for breathing comfort
• Due to customization, there is a minimum order of 12 pieces per design
• Made and printed in the USA

Set-Up Fees and Artwork

• A $50 custom artwork set-up fee is applied to each custom order; this charge is added to your shopping cart
• All custom order must be accompanied by finished artwork and text
• Custom orders that need any graphic design change are also subject to an additional $35 artwork design fee
• Artwork must be at least 2.5" Square. Our preferred format is a vector based: Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or .eps
• For orders with custom color, custom color charge is subject to a maximum of $35 per order
• Any amount in excess of the $35 custom color charge computed at checkout will be refunded to you

The Standard Production Time is 7 to 10 Business Days (Excludes Shipping Time)

Rush Processing Options


1-2 Business Days, Excludes Shipping Time (Additional $0.75 Per Piece) ($35 Minimum, Max $75 per order*)
3-5 Business Days, Excludes Shipping Time (Additional $0.55 Per Piece) ($25 Minimum, Max $55 per order*)
*If your order with 1-2 Rush Business Days or 3-5 Rush Business Days does not meet its required $35 or $25 Minimum Rush Order Fee, the amount needed to attain its respective minimum rush fee will be added separately.
*If the rush fee is greater than $75 for the 1-2 days or $55 for the 3-5 days, the excess will be returned to you as refund.

Our Face Mask Making Process:


• We design the face mask shape and size in Easton, PA.
• The material for the front side and back side of the mask is carefully selected
• The pattern is cut in bulk in a cutting room in Brooklyn, NY
• The face mask is assembled in a garment factory in Brooklyn, NY
• The face mask is individually inspected for defects, packaged and shipped in Easton, PA
