• You can print two (2) different designs on the Front and Back of each personalized paper fans
• Your design will be digitally printed on the entire Front and Back of the paper fans
• Choose the style of the bamboo frame for your full-color personalized hand fans:
  
  • Natural Classic Frame: With elegant hearts and floral cut-out designs
  • Black Classic Frame: Premium-painted in black with hearts and floral cut-out designs (Add $0.35 per fan)
  • Natural Solid Frame: With imitation antique folding hand fan frame style (Add $0.30 per fan. Minimum order of 500 pieces)
• You can also add an optional print on the handle of the hand fan, max 40 characters (Additional $0.75 per fan)

Hand Fan Specs:

• Each personalized paper fan measures 8.25" long x 15" wide (when fully opened)
• Made of paper and bamboo. With full-color print of your logo or finished artwork
• Due to customization, there is a minimum order of 100 pieces
Please open and close your new paper fans carefully until their folds are properly established
• These 2-sided folding paper fans are made and shipped directly from our printing factory in China

Set-up Fees and Artwork:

• $50 printing set-up fee per order. All custom orders must be accompanied by finished artwork and text
• Custom orders that need any graphic design change are subject to an additional $35 artwork design fee
• Our preferred format for your artwork is a vector-based image: Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or .eps

Optional Organza Favor Bags:


• Add organza favor bags for hand fans for only $0.50 per bag
• Each sheer organza bag is made of nylon with satin drawstring
• Each also measures 27 cm (10.6") long x 6 cm (2.4" wide)
• Choose from 9 colors of organza bags for fans

Production Times and Shipping Times:


• The Standard Production Time is 25 Days (Excludes Shipping Time)
• Standard Shipping: 10 to 13 Days to most cities and countries
• Rush Production: 10 to 12 Days (Excludes Shipping Time). The following rush production fees apply:
  
  • For orders of 100-499 pieces the rush fee is $65.00 per order.
  • For orders of 500-1000 pieces the rush fee is $135.00 per order.

Although we can provide a refund for items, which have been damaged during shipping, we are unable to replace any Promotional Paper Fans and personalized paper hand fans, which has been broken or damaged while in-transit. Please be sure to order additional pieces to cover extra guests or to provide for the probability of damage.
