Like a fine twist to the ochoko sake cups, these black porcelain's sake cups are fine crafted with a flared rim and have subtle ridges around the base adding to their aesthetic design. They are perfect, no doubt, for your sake bar or Asian restaurant – even more for your party and for gifts to your family, friends, and guests who love the Japanese rice wine or sake. In the olden days, the Japanese ochoko cups were traditionally used to serve food, but in the middle of the Edo Period, people started to use them for Sake. Given their small size, the ochoko sake cups are generally used for sake tasting, or Kikizake.
