Personalized Silk Fans Features:
- Each personalized silk fan measures 8.25" long x 15" wide (when fully opened)
- Made of bamboo and high-quality oxford fabric. Each weighs approximately 0.10 lb.
- There is a minimum order of 35 pieces for the Standard print size
- There is a minimum order of 100 pieces for the Extra-wide print size
- Standard-print fans: Printing is done in the USA. Silk fans are imported from China
- Extra-wide print fans are imported from China
Set-up Fees and Artwork
- A $50 custom artwork set-up fee is applied to each custom order; this charge will be added to your shopping cart
- All custom orders must be accompanied by finished artwork and text
- Custom orders that need any graphic design change are subject to an additional $35 artwork design fee
- Artwork must be at least 2.5" Square. Our preferred format is a vector-based: Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or .eps
- Additional charge applies for multi-color designs ($25 per color for plate fee plus $0.75 ink color charge per additional color per fan)
- For orders with custom color, per custom color charge is subject to a maximum of $35 per order
- Any amount in excess of the $35 custom color charge computed at checkout will be refunded to you

Although we can provide a refund for items, which have been broken or damaged during shipping, we are unable to replace any personalized silk fan, which has been broken or damaged during shipping.
